Hands-On Learning • Real Homestead Skills • Leadership in Action

The Waymakers Community, LLC Teen Internship Program is designed for motivated teens who are eager to gain real-world experience in homesteading, animal care, leadership, and community service. This program offers meaningful, hands-on training while allowing teens to contribute to our farm and support our growing educational programs.

Interns will become an important part of the daily rhythm of the homestead and will play a key role in helping teach and assist during our farm workshops and events. A Thursday, Friday or Saturday Intern Day will provide your teen with an opportunity to work the farm and take on a project of choice. This allows them to dig in to what they are interested in the most.
