Healthy hooves make for happy goats! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the step-by-step process of trimming goat hooves to keep your herd sound and comfortable. We’ll start with a live demonstration on our own goats, covering:

Tips for keeping your goats calm during the process
After watching the demo, you’ll get to roll up your sleeves and practice trimming hooves on our goats under guided supervision. By the end, you’ll have the confidence to maintain your own herd’s hoof health at home.
Class is taught by Tobie Johnson, a certified farrier.
Note: Closed-toe shoes required. All tools and goats will be provided.
