The Waymakers Community – Return & Refund Policy

Classes & Events
We understand that life happens and plans can change. However, because we purchase supplies and prepare for each class in advance, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled event or class date. Cancellations made prior to this timeframe may be eligible for a refund or credit toward a future class, at our discretion.

Physical Products
All sales of physical products are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless otherwise noted in the specific product description. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can make it right.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital downloads, online courses, and other electronic files are final and non-refundable. Please be sure to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
